What is Jumping JACKED?
An 8-week jump training / strength / hypertrophy program created by Tim Riley, speed and strength coach for NFL players at Kollective, and Daniel Back, founder of Jump Science.
Who is it for?
Jumping Jacked is for anyone who wants to build muscle, get brutally strong, improve jumping ability, and develop all around athleticism. It's perfect for athletes in a variety of sports as well as others who are simply on a personal mission for big jumps and jackedness.
What’s in it?
The program includes:
- Explosive athletic development through the use of jumps, sprints, and plyometrics.
- Strength training designed to improve one rep max on squat and bench press.
- Hypertrophy circuits that deliver sick pumps and build muscle.
- Thorough structural development of often negelected muscles to reduce injury risk.
- Therapeutic exercises to keep the patellar and achilles tendons healthy.
- Stretching routine to improve or maintain mobility.
Jumping Jacked is a perfect blend of training for size, strength, and athleticism. Expect to have fun, be challenged, and see results! The price is $129.
Jump High. Get Jacked.
How much time does it take?
Jumping Jacked has two phases. Each phase includes three weeks of four workouts per week followed by an easy week with just two workouts. Each workout should typically require 60-90 minutes. This is not for exercise beginners.
The program is 8 weeks long, but it's designed to be repeatable, so you can use it to continue making progress for as long as you want.
What equipment is required?
Common gym equipment is required. Barbell, squat rack, dumbbells, bench, cable stacks, machines for leg extensions, hamstring curls, calf raises, etc. For most exercises there are replacements that can be done without the machine.
